I would not recommend for anyone to become partners for this exact
reason. Always in partnerships more is assumed than said.
Obviously there is only one owner of the kennel in question, right?
And this is the only kennel that website and domain name represent.
Writing a webpage and registering a domain name does not make you
an owner of the kennel. Since the author is not an owner in the kennel,
why would she want to hang on to the website?

If this was the case, why did the board vote down the application?
Are they so out of touch of their own Constitution? Or is it that
you didn't like the outcome?

Everything used is by direction of the owner... anything that doesn't
belong needs to be taken off so please email your thoughts. I will
take them up with the owner of the kennel. But I am glad you visited
the site... :)
The old website was made to represent the kennel, was it not? Are there
plans in the making to have another kennel of the same name? Is there
a reason to hold on to something as powerful as website which clearly
represents a kennel that you have no ownership of?
Seems rediculous to me
Please don't try to intimidate with possible slander suits... I know
better... :)
I have no intention to slander anyone and you need to educate yourself
of what slander is.
