Dear Kim and family, pleas accept our deepest sympathy on your loss. 
What a wonderful girl your Amy was.  Her story brought a smile and tears
to all our eyes.  We are so sorry for the pain of loss you must all be
feeling, it never gets any easier, but their special love is what keeps
us all doing it over and over!  Thank you for telling us about her.  Our
thoughts are with you all!  Cindy and all the family, humans and
critters!
