Just want to reiterate what Steve said. We don't give ours rawhide,
largely because it seems to upset Paddington's stomach. But they love huge
baked bones. I hadn't thought of replacing the marrow with something else
enticing--great idea! A friend told us that she microwaves the bones, but
we found that they tend to splinter this way. Have others tried this
method? We went back to baking them in the oven.
