Hard decision, but you seem to have its elements all in place.  You, as are
the rest of us who have animals who live long in our lives, are so very
fortunate to have had them.  Those last days, weeks, or months are especially
sweet when we know the time is near.  The animals are happy and when they stop
being so it is time to go.  Punkin's time came. In the end they always give us
so much more than we do them.
