Re: [PyrNet-L] If Pyrs were easy to train...

We did obedience for many years. We had the first Great Pyrenees brace
in Obedience to get a qualifying score in the U. S. (186) It was a
father and son that we also showed as a brace in conformation. It
started to get too stressful for me to show in conformation and
obedience at the same shows. It seemed I was always needed in both
rings at the same time. Plus, I am a working member of our all breed
club. I still train at home and now that we have separate trials, I may
start doing more obedience. Chatter did get her Canine Good Citizen in
California last year and I was very proud of her obedience skills.
Jaime flunked his CGC because he would not sit/stay. He won't sit/stay
when I'm working him at home either. However, we are still WORKing on
it!
