That sounds like a really great experience.  One can tell that you have a
great bonding with your dog.  For a dog to fall asleep on their back while you
are massaging them is a great thing of trust because lying on their backs is
the most vunerable position they have.
Just be careful and dont tell to many people that you like to sit on the floor
and massage your dog.  There are those who will scoff you for it.
I think it is just incredible to see dogs like yours and mine, trust us so
completely that they allow themselves to be so vunerable.  Its obvious that
your dog has great trust in you.
