I understand, with females, that hormone fluctuation can cause moodiness
around 
estrus time. My female, had her first heat at ten months, and definitely
showed signs of mood swings. Your pup's problem, aggression towards people, is
an extremely serious one that MUST be dealt with IMMEDIATELY with a
professional
trainer experienced in aggression. The trait of aggression towards humans, 
ESPECIALLY humans in her own 'pack' is unfortunately usually best dealt with
thru euthanasia. A full grown giant breed dog, in this case a Pyr, when in
'attack' mode, can easily maim or even kill a human. Hopefully this is just a
case of 
confusion with your pup. It may be she doesn't know that your daughter, and
all the members of your household, and all of your friends and relatives and
all of your family's friends, are 'Alpha' and she MUST relinquish dominance.
It's IMPERATIVE that she learn her place in this world NOW, while she's a
puppy,
or unfortunately, you'll probably have to put her down. I'm sorry for your
