[PyrNet-L] costume party

Hello, some friends and I went to our All-breed Clubs Halloween Party.
There were Vince, Precious, Tye-Dye(just back from an unpleasant
experience, and looking for a new home) and Dakota (champion belly-scooter
to see other friends at puppy class), plus their people. All entered the
costume event except Kota, no belly-scooting classes so he opted for the
tail wagging. With lots of entries, it was fierce compatition, but "VINCE
AND HIS BOY BROCK won 1st place with their "BLUES BROTHERS" act. One of the
local tv stations even interviewed them. Vince has been a bit hyper, and
Brock a little shy before Vince and Precious moved in with the family. They
were made for each other, you can't be shy with a 100 lb. white fluff ball
at the end of your leash. Precious was charming in her Fairy Princess
costume complete with halo with colored strings hanging down(lord, what I
do for my kids!). But alas, only one winner--lots of dog treats which he
shared with everyone. With everything we do, rescue,cleaning, training,
work, sometimes it's great fun to go and see why kids and dogs were put
together, in this case pyrs, but all the kids and dogs (a couple of adults
too) had a great time. I sure hope that the pictures turn out.
