It is Jay and Annette isn't it?  As I recall the Titleholders books
usually come out any time between October and the following spring. 
Judy Brown is the one to contact.  Her e-mail address used to be
Starlaxy@aol.com but I am not sure how often she checks e-mail.  It
would probably be best to give her a call.  Good luck.  Hope to see you
at the NCAGPC Specialty this Saturday.
