Help -
I am moving to Minnesota in 2 weeks and I need some information and
advice from all of you. First, do you have any information on Pyr
groups in the Minneapolis area? Second, how cold is too cold for my 8
month old Samson to be outside? We are moving from Georgia to Minn.,
and I know he will love the climate change. I will be moving into a
house with a huge backyard, and I was wondering if he would be able to
stay outside all day in the bitter months. He doesn't have to, but I
know how much he loves to be outside. Also, the home I am moving into
has and electronic fence. Do those work with Pyrs? It is goibg to be a
big change for him from start to finish.
Any info on making a smooth transition from being and only pet, and a
basically inside dog, to a home with a sweet tempered lab and a
mischevious cat would be appreciated as well. As you can see, I am in
for an interesting move.
Oh, Samson's neutering went well, except that he cannot walk 2 feet
without sitting down and licking himself. How long will this last?
(his surgery was Oct. 8).
As a new Pyr mom I could not survive without this list! Thanks!
