For Pyr people in the Washington D.C. area, there will be a Pyr
gathering, walk along the Potomac River and potluck picnic on Saturday
October 3rd beginning at l1:00 a.m. This National Capital Area Great
Pyrenees Club gathering is a good chance to get together with other Pyr
owners and dogs...bring dogs, puppies, kids, food, etc.  We will meet at
Algonkian Park, Sterling, VA (take Rt. 7 west from the D.C. Beltway,
turn right on Cascade Parkway and follow to dead end, turn left into
park and look for Pyrs).
