[PyrNet-L] Change in OFA grading scale?

I recently looked at a newly instated OFA report.  On the back of the
report was a grading scale.
The grading scale is catorgorized like so.

Aproimate Comaprison Between OFA and FCI Hip Schemes
The FCI is an international consortium whose hop scheme is A through E
with each letter grade divided into two brackets.
OFA  FCI

Excellent   1
        Normal   A
Good        2

Fair        1
     Transitional     B
Boarderline 2

Mild        1
        Dysplastic    C
            2
_________________
Moderate     1
        Dysplastic   D
              2
__________________
Severe          1
        Dysplastic    E
                2

So now that OFA is catagorizing Fair with Boarderline (as in being
*transistional*)  does this mean that Normal hips will only be goods and
excellents....sure seems that way....
Does any one else have any more info?
