I'd take this seriously. Why hasn't the lab been into the vet yet? Or at
least talk to a technician or someone over the phone?
The vomiting could be a sign of something serious. Unless your sister has
changed dog foods recently. Please make sure the lab also has plenty of
water to drink as dehydration is a real problem. But she probably needs
more- maybe electrolytes, etc. But please get the lab into the vet to be
seen. (Could have swallowed something, you're familiar with the bloat
symptoms recently posted?)
