How to Raise a Puppy You Can Live With (look for the Second Edition),
written by Clarice Rutherford and David Neil, is an excellent book.  It
covers the different stages of puppy development, bonding, house training,
behavior problems, etc. 

I haven't seen any puppy raising books written specifically for pyrs.
