I use a "homemade" homeopathic remedy for mosquitos.  It is called Skeeter Beater....it works, but
requires reapplication on a fairly regular basis when you are outside.  It does not stain the dogs
coats in anyway.

Skeeter Beater

16 oz of witch hazel
1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of citronella essential oil

Simply pour these ingredients into a spray bottle, shake and apply.  It is important to remember to
shake each time you use it as the citronella eo will separate to the top of the spray bottle.
