I talked with Sarah and she said that the girl and
her family have gone for a long weekend to visit
relatives and get away.  She does not want to give
out their name and address without their permission
due to privacy.  They had asked that their names not
be posted in any of the correspondances on the
internet to begin with.

As far as control and children go.  I am have four
children myself and sometimes they run into
neighborhood children that are just not raised or
educated in things like mine are.  I had one little
boy come to my door on Christmas morning at 8 am
asking if my son could come out to play.  LIke who
goes out then???  He comes from a broken home etc etc
etc etc.  Point of this is that Sarah's child did not
participate in the noise making, her daughter said
her playmate just did it all so fast, when she ran up
to tell her to get away it was over.  We can never
control everyone unfortunately.   Thanks again for
the help!!
