[pbmserv] New Games: Razzledazzle and RazzledazzleX

Hello,

Two new games by Donald Green have been added to the server (thanks  
to Paul van Wamelen for installing them).  Razzledazzle is a "Reach a  
Goal" game.  RazzledazzleX is a tournament variant of Razzledazzle.

Although Don and I have tried out the game on a test server, I won't  
swear it's bug free.  Please send me a message if you encounter  
problems.
