[pbmserv] Lingo update (may interest Scramble players)

Hi,

There have been some improvements to Lingo including:

- The command "lingo word <userid> <password> word1 [word2 [word3...]]"
  will check whether the specified word(s) are recognised by the dictionary.

  Scramble players may also find this command useful.

- Players may specify "-shared" to play with a shared pool of letters 
visible to all.

- Players may specify "-c" with their move to show remaining tile counts.

I think that the square game with a pool size of four and up to four 
placements per turn may be the optimal configuration. Please challenge me 
to test this assumption:

  lingo challenge <yourname> camb -place=4
