[pbmserv] Broadcast from sny via PBM Server

Lines of Action Problems:

Am I the only one not receiving loa boards when it is my turn?
I can see it is my turn with "list loa" but I never received the board.
Seems I also can't get it with "show" or even "showas".

Help?!
