[pbmserv] mhearts was borken, now it's working

I broke mhearts yesterday.  It's working again now.  If you are in an
mhearts game, you might want to do:

mhearts showas <username> <passwd> active

and see if it is your turn in any of your games, and then resubmit
your move.

If you see any odd behavior, let me know.
