[pbmserv] Updates

Hi,

Many thanks to those brave souls who have tried out Malaka.

The latest version has:

- Improved move handling more in line with Backgammon moves,
  which understands a wider variety of move descriptions.

- An option "-six_sided" which specifies that six-sided dice are
  to be used regardless of board size (this speeds the game up).

- Improved help page which make the rules clearer:
