[pbmserv] Broadcast from om-by via PBM Server

Hi RENJU & GOMOKU people!

It is my first broadcast during this year - but my
Renju-page (http://mostovlyansky.narod.ru, Renju)
still exist; the most of games archives (Downloads)
are updating every week or two; the PBeM WC2004 games
are still collecting (now - 763).

I'm just finished with Renju World No.47 (mirror, in
Russian) and begun with No.48.
