[pbmserv] Broadcast from gjug via PBM Server

Hi all,

I have two BG games hung up.  In both cases the other person is to start.

One is for a tourney and it has been weeks since the game started and the 
other was a result of a challenge someone else made.

Any way to nudge these folks into resigning or playing?
