[pbmserv] Trax Tournament starting

Hello all,

Signups close for this year's Trax tournament at the end of today (28 
February).

Players will be allocated into pools of 6-8 people per pool for a round 
robin of Trax games, with the top 3 (plus ties) progressing to the next 
round. Players have a maximum time of 7 days per move (although you are 
expected to play more frequently than this). More details may be found at:
