[pbmserv] no more challenges of any kind please

Summary: do not challenge userid "dzander" to any
new games.

Hello, as some of you know, my Internet Service
Provider is down right now and I am using a 
public computer at the local library to make my
moves and read my email.  The thing is that I only
get one hour at a time and two hours total per day.
Also, I use Yahoo free web-based email and the
interface is lousy.  It is horrible to use and so
inefficient!  :-(   So please do not make any new
challenges in *any* games for dzander.   Thank you.
