[pbmserv] Quoridor rules

I supported ten for a couple of reasons.

One is that I believe a tournament implies the usual
rules of the game. If I enter a chess tournament, for
example, as compelling as some of the available
variants are, my assumption is that I will play by the
"standard" rules of chess.

Second, having played many games I don't tend to agree
that the number of fences is a drawback. I have also
had games decided by running out of fences even for
ten. However, I wouldn't say that it was the decisive
factor one way or the other in the majority of games.

I have no problems taking challenges using any and all
options (I even campaigned for the join option :-))
but i would rather reserve these games for
non-tournament play.

Just my humble opinion.

Cheers,

Lyman
