Re: [pbmserv] Atomic Chess
Two versions of Atomic chess are available for Zillions users:
http://www.zillionsofgames.com/games/atomicchess.html
Zillions costs money, and works on Windows platforms only (I
hear it mostly works under Wine on Linux.) If you're into
chess variants, Zillions provides a decent opponent for lots
of those. It also plays other types of abstracts, although
not necessarily well. You can play another Zillions user
over the Net, but it is NOT a server, and good luck finding
an opponent. Sorry about the ad Richard, but it does pertain
to the question, and I am not advocating its purchase.
On the Internet Chess Club, Atomic is variant "wild 27"
http://www.chessclub.com/help/atomic
ICC allows you two free weeks before they lower the boom.
Atomic might be on free chess servers also.
Details available on request.

| I have never played but it sounds fun. Your piece blow up the piece
