[pbmserv] Broadcast from ljoun via PBM Server

Hello,

I am " ljoun " on the Richard's PMB server and " Louis Joun " on the
international Shogi Ladder.  
If you you are, also, registered on the Site "International Shogi
Ladder" (http://www.shogi.net/ladder/ladder.html), do you want to play
one or two games on the PBM Server and that this or these games are
taken in account for the Shogi Ladder?

I think that my level is situated between 15 and 10 kyu.
