[pbmserv] Broadcast from dshort via PBM Server

I still have 14 spots open before I fill the new Chess tournament which I am 
organizing.

this event

The tournament will be broken into five 5-man sections
section winners advance to a 5-man finals section
players tied for a spot in finals which cannot be broken by head to head
will result in all tied players advancing and a larger finals section 
organized

time control is 180 days to complete all moves in each game
you play a total of 4 games
two with white
two with black
one game against each opponent in your section

also if you have already signed up for this event and you have a game going 
on
right now with someone who is not on this list please be sure to tell them 
about
the new tournament, as not everyone may be signed up to receive broadcasts 
from
the server.

(Also please note that as I am also trying to organize a scramble tournament
please specify that it is the chess tournament you wish to enter when you 
write)
