Time problem

I rebooted the server this morning, and for some reason, the clock
reset itself to a completely screwy time.

Unfortunately, I didn't *notice* until several hours later.

If you got a forfeit notice, or completely screwed up time in a
tournament game, please let me know, and I'll do what I can to
make it better.

I have logs of who made moves, etc.
