Broadcast from bengal via PBM Server

There is a doublechess tournament currently going on that i simply chose not 
to enter (this decision, quite frankly, should put most of the participants 
at ease).

Until said tournament gets a TD that is not participating in said 
tournament, i will continue to decline entering into such.

Having said that, anybody who is not in that tournament right now, feel free 
to reply to me.  Thank you.
