Likewise, include options for 7 cards, 11 cards, "knock" and 500.

Once Rummy has been implemented, it should be possible to modify that
code to implement other games in the Rummy family, such as Canasta and
Mah Jongg (the REAL Mah Jongg - not the computer-based solitaire puzzle).
