I know it's going on.  alipsits ashed if she could start one.

She collected the players and did a first cut at the pool assignments.

I modified them a bit to make the pools more balanced (average ratings
are about the same now, and at most 2 provisional players per pool)

Other than that, I'm not involved.  I just run the server, man!  8^)
