How often does someone need to bomb out of turn? When it does happen, it's probably to prevent a Tichu, so it's a pretty important situation.
If I'm bombing after my own played set, we can allow multiple moves on the command line.
Otherwise, should this be done using some sort of queued moves? You play your set, then say something like "play this bomb next, over opponent one only, or one and three, or anybody else's set".
So, anyway Lyman, are you willing to take on the coding?! I'm not a C++ guy!
