That might have been my fault: over the weekend I made changes to another
(non gipf related) program but when I did "make install" I noticed it was
compiling xmlite and re-installing gipf. (how do I install just one
program?) VCS undoing would therefore probably fix the problem, but I
don't know how to do that either...
