Sorry to detract from complimenting swift...

What if we simply add a column indicating the date on
which the rating last changed?  That would indicate
currency and level of activity (for those seeking
opponents).

I am happy to leave it at that, but for those who want
the ranking filtered more than mentally we could leave
people alone in the combined list (which includes the
largely nonsensical provisional ratings) but say that
one has 120 days to be on the "established" list
(presumably the real test) after which you don't
appear there at all.

How's that...simple, elegant...I am not sure if it has
something to do with being a Libra...
