[pbmserv-dev] Werewolf "improvement"

This may have been discussed originally, but might be
worth revisiting.

Would it be possible for the wolves/mafia to set a
vicim during the day, and have it executed right after
the lynching?  This would make it harder to tell who
the werewolf was (don't know if that's good or bad)
based on the time of killing.
