Good idea.  It would act as a "chat" mode only for the
dead.

I have also suggested that the dead people should
possibly have seen who chewed them up...

Even if one has "slow" mode on, perhaps an absolute
time limit can be set by which ones vote doesn't
matter.  Since scoring doesn't count, it reduces
everyone's enjoyment to have to wait...

I don't think that scoring makes much sense in
werewolf.  I would hate to see anyone actually get
competitive :-).

I tend to think not...  The main component of the game
is the communications.  I believe it was decided that
howl should work only at night (another reason to have
the command).  The villagers get suspicious when
someone steps outside and starts making noises.
