[pbmserv-dev] suggested option to message command

It would be nice to have a "message opponents" command
for messages to people with whom one is involved in
active games.  This would be useful when one is called
away for a stretch but not necessarily long enough to
warrant inclusion on the vacation list and when one
doesn't want to spam the entire pbm-users list!

PS Almost as good would be a way to list all active
games as a list in a single email.  I know one can get
a copy of each game (one email/game) via "show all active".
