I have played Quoridor x 4 a few time...
And yes there is that "kingmaking" effect.
But it was easy to solve.
When played at 4 player, you have two team.
Each player of a team play on one side.
The first of a team to reach the other side win for the team.
One team take North and South, the other team take East and West.
(at least that's the way we were playing)
Is it still a 4 players games when played in team???
