[pbmserv-dev] Cathedral in "playable" form



Except for determining if the placement of a piece completes a blockade of
a segment of board (and therefore, possibly captures a piece).  And the
prevention of playing an "enemy" piece in a controlled bit of the city.

    fetch cathedral.h cathedral.cpp 

(for those who care... the src and src.2 trees have been merged
since there are no longer any games that depend on the old source
tree)
