[pbmserv-dev] who did xiangqi & borderline?

I updated xiangqi and changed PrintBoard() to use PrintBoardAs()
and then I started looking at borderline and noticed it was obviously
written by the same programmer.  I am wondering if that programmer
would mind contacting me.  I believe s/he may have been thinking of
doing more with both those programs; there are some routines that 
appear to be unfinished and variables that are set but are unused.
I believe I know what the programmer had in mind and what he wanted
to do; I would like to discuss these programs with the original programmer.
