RE: [pbmserv-dev] Questions of pbmserv copyright, etc. etc.
Hello,
No need for much public discution with Stephen since we are frequently in
touch.
So just to avoid misconception about the GPL.

Not possible with GPL.
But good father let their children grow up and become free and independent.

GPL does not mean copyright-free. GPL protection is based on Copyright law
(AFAIK).
As long as you don't accept GPL patch and apply them to your code.
As long as you are the only author/copyright holder of that code,
you are free to do whatever you like. Including commercial version,
releasing under another licence/dual licence. You don't have to
release any code of any future version of what you do.
Like some company make a GPL version and a Proprietary version with
different feature.
But what as been GPL once stay GPL.

Not possible with the GPL.
Sorry GPL is not for you.
