For the Blue and Gold Banqeat, we need a final head count.

Please let me know how many people, and payment of $5 per person ($25 per family maximum)

Given the snowstorm and subsequent dig out, we may or may not have a 
meeting Monday.   Lets play it by ear.

Here are a few things to remember to ensure you have a great time! 
 
The banquet is at St. Joe's Catholic Church located at 750 Peachtree Street Herndon, Va 20171 Please enter the parking lot and follow signs to the right of the school to the banquet hall. Every Family is in charge of their own drinks. Please remember this is a family event and is alcohol free. The banquet will start at 5:00pm dinner will be served first. Please arrive at 4:45 to find your table and settle in before the dinner and program begin. Approx. ending time 8:00 pm everyone please stay to help pick up and stack chairs. Each den please provide: 1 worker to arrive at 4:00 to help with set up. Please have at least 1/2 your den to bring a dessert to share (the more the merrier when it comes to dessert). Cost for the banquet is $5.00 per person or $25.00 max. per family. You can pay by cash or make your checks out to Pack 159. Please pay your den leader. The Banquet will be catered by Luciaâs Italian Restaurant.
