True.  Thinking about it, the more players you have, the more neutral 
cells will be created.  The worst case scenario is a game that ends with 
the non-thinking, non-mobile neutral cells wiping out the thinking, 
mobile human controlled cells.  It would be emabarrassing for the 
players, but wouldn't be the end of the world.
