James is right. Most places got nuked. There is no extensive list here at
PEG/GWG. Basically, if you need it nuked it was. I usually have started my
personal HoE campaigns in small toen in AZ or NV, depending on if I wanted a
Southern or Northern flavor to my wastland. Of course, most groups travel, so it
really doesn't make that much difference.
