that was required before the arcane background, it goes along with the
Librarian edge. any one with the Librarian edge (not Arcane Background:
Librarian, mind you) must take Obligation -2: Librarians. but yeah, a
goof none the less.

actually... now that I look even closer.. the only difference between the
two archetypes is that the veteran has Vet o' the wasted West, the AB and
a few powers. Everything else is exactly the same... even that picture...
*grumble*

gotta love those little mix ups and recycled pictures. Like in Waste
Warriors, there's a pic of a United Nations drop ship used  twice (pages
9 and 27) with two totally different captions. "Confederate armor rushes
to counter attack the Mexican spearhead" and "UN troops deploying for
battle"

ah, well...
