Re: [HOE] power cannister
Cool , just wanted to check and make sure since the
pupae hindrance says the person in question should buy
a power canister or multiple power packs.
I think power packs might be in one of the other books
but wanted to make sure the canister didn't have an
official cost.
I don't allow medium to heavy power armor or heavy
cans in the game, along with certain equipment power
combinations but i do plan on eventually doing a more
high power game where they or new characters in a side
story arc are taking on some of Denvers finest death
machines.
I've been more carefull about making the limitations
clear at beginning sessions since being presented with
a heavy can that had a power focus along with the duck
tape power. So not only was he god awefull powerfull
to begin with he wouldn't ever weardown since he could
just fix himself, his armor, etc.
We played him one session just to see how all the new
toys worked then i had him make a new character so the
other players could actually feel usefull.
And so the preast could sanctify where they had been
holed up , THAT was funny. damn low spirit scores.
Which reminds me of another question does soulblast
and other such spiritual attacks, effect the spirit of
raptors, automatons etc. Or is there not enough left
to focus the spell on.
The way i understand it these attacks do work and I've
always ruled they could, so that the players would
have another way to deal with them on the rare
occasions they run into them(lumping the with all the
other creatures that can pretty much only be hurt by
magic). And to limit player desires to beg to be
cybered up.
