Savage Worlds is a very fast-play system.  It is similar to Deadlands but uses a reduced attribute and skill set that allows for quick-moving combats.  What's nice about it is that you can have large combats between many combatants (gangers, vehicles, critters) without spending most of the entire evening to do so.

Check out the Test Drive rules at http://www.peginc.com . While it doesn't have the rules for vehicle combat in it, it'll give you a good feel for the system.  The actual main rule book should be out within the next week or so.
