How could HOE be played online?

Good Qu, I Know that  On AOL  Key Word Dice, there is a dice roller where
you can roll one to six dice and any side you want it works while your in a
chat room the chat room displays an Online Host message what your SN rolled.

e.g.:

OnlineHost:  *** You are in "HOE Deadlands". ***
Wizard AbIerich:  ::enters::
Wizard AbIerich:  ::throws a kive at the wall ::
OnlineHost:  Wizard AbIerich rolled 6 100-sided dice:  48 34 98 51 10 9

I have RPed on AOL in  Rhydin  under arts and entertainment members created
but it got out of hand with cheaters and people only wanting to kill others
chars, Built On AOL it would be fairly easy to play really Any RPG in their
Chat rooms But On the Other hand I'm not sure how it would be done any where
else but then again I haven't tried it any where else.   Unlike real Dice
the dice roller on  AOL can not be tampered with and its a completely
random, I've had good days and bad days on that  system.
    I would be interested in playing since my party stopped playing for the
xmas season for people traveling and never called me to start back
so..............
